Howdy!  I’m one of the Young bloods from Victoria Crossing. I'd just like to share with you a few secrets as to why our meat is so good. You know each piece of Victoria Crossing is a unique blend of mountain freshness and seaside serenity.

In the early stages we reside around the Snowy Mountains, alongside the NSW/Victorian border. The cool, fresh climate is great for conditioning ourselves during the early growth period.

After our stint in the high country we travel by air conditioned coach - cattle class of course - and head down to the coast for a bit of a touch up in the lush fertile pastures of our seaside retreat.

 

So you see it's a pretty peaceful, low stress, lifestyle which in turn permeates into our meat. Young, low fat, tender beef: rich in flavour and the natural goodness of Australian pastures.

You can now order your own Campbell Beef (and lamb) - the same quality cuts we export to 5 star hotels & restaurants around the world. So you can deal directly with the farmer and each piece is expertly picked for you - taking the guesswork out of meat selection.

Delivery - where do we deliver to?

Due to the perishable nature of these beef and fine foods our online sales are only available by direct delivery utilising our refrigerated transport. We do not mail these packages.

Our scheduled delivery range is currently limited to Southeast NSW - from Batemans Bay in the north to Eden in the south - including the towns of Mogo, Moruya, Bodalla, Narooma, Tilba, Cobargo, Bermagui, Tathra, Bega, Merimbula and Pambula. Note: delivery requires all weather road access - please contact us to confirm if you are not sure of the suitability of access.

Delivery - when do we deliver?

Deliveries (southcoast) are currently scheduled for Wednesdays. However if this does not suit or you wish to confirm delivery before ordering/paying online please contact us directly with your enquiry (ph. 02 6496 9211) so we can discuss options before organising the delivery.

• Payment Options

1. Credit Card - Online: If you wish to order and pay for your Campbell Beef or Fine Foods directly online then just add your desired products to our shopping cart and pay by credit card through our secure PayPal system. You can either use your existing PayPal account or simply use your credit card if you are not a Paypal member. Either way your payment is safe and secure. We will email you to confirm your order and payment

2. Credit Card - phone: If you would prefer to pay using your credit card offline then simply ring us on 02 6496 9211 to organise your purchase.

3. Cash on Delivery : In some circumstances COD may be available if payment by credit card is not an option - however any COD transactions must be confirmed before ordering. Ring us on 02 6496 9211 first to organise.

 

Vacuum packed

The Campbell Beef & Lamb packs delivered directly to your door are vacuum packed for freshness and hygiene in exactly the same way that all Australian meat is packed for export. The vacuum packaging provides an effective barrier to both oxygen and bacterial contamination. It also allows the ageing of the product by natural enzymes - making it more tender.

Note: Generally meat can keep chilled for up to 90 days at 0 degrees celsius. However household refrigerators usually operate at around 3-4 degrees celsius - so 30 days shelf life is more appropriate if refrigerated at home. For longer periods freezing would be recommended.
